Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled from its order page until we start packing it — for a paid order the full amount goes back to the payment method you used automatically, usually within 3–5 business days. Once an order is being packed, use "Request a return or refund" instead.

Returns

• Request a return or refund from your order page within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened AI toys: within 14 days, so the maker's activation and app terms can still be honoured.
• We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions; pack the item securely with your order number.
• Return postage is at your cost, except when the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered — then we cover it.

Refunds

Once the parcel is back with us (or straight away for refund-only requests), the refund is issued to the payment method you used. PayPal refunds usually show within 3–5 business days. Partial refunds are possible when only part of an order comes back; shipping is refunded when the whole order is returned. Every refund is listed on your order page and confirmed by email.

Pre-orders and DIY items

Pre-orders are refundable in full until dispatch. DIY modules are procured for your order after you confirm it; once confirmed and paid they follow the ordinary returns rules above.
