Unbox and charge
A USB cable is in the box. The 1000 mAh battery in the Lanxun series gives 6–8 hours of conversation and 72 hours of standby.
Connect in the app
Long-press to power on, join your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot, and pick a character and a voice. Triple-click to reconfigure Wi-Fi later.
Say the wake word
"Hello Tuya" for the Lanxun series, or push the button — then just talk. Stories, music, questions, in the language you use.

Yes — the conversation runs on the maker's cloud, so the toy needs a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network or a phone hotspot. The Lanxun series also works from a phone hotspot when you are out.
Not for the Lanxun series, per the maker. The Aiinlife and Alnkit plush include a first month of interaction time and then sell more in the app; Momo Head's dialogue is free for the first year. Each product page states its own terms.
The Lanxun series lists 66 languages and five or more AI models you can switch in the app. The Aiinlife and Alnkit spec sheets are still to come from the suppliers and will be added to the product pages.
The Lanxun furballs are graded 3+, GuGu and Mini Owl 6+; the Aiinlife and Alnkit plush 3+, Momo Head 6+. The age is on every card and can be filtered in the shop.
Yes. The Lanxun app switches characters and lets you create custom ones, with voice selection and a voice-cloning trial. Settings live in the app, not in the toy.
It goes to the maker's cloud to be answered, as with any voice assistant. Before launch the product pages will link to each maker's privacy notice; the store's own policy pages arrive in v0.4.
