Regions and rates

Choose your region from the menu; every price and the shipping rate are shown in that region's currency. Orders are shipped from Malaysia.

When your order leaves

• In stock — ships within 48 hours of payment.
• Limited stock — ships within 30 days; the product page says which applies before you order.
• Pre-order — charged now, ships when released; the date is announced on the product page and by email. Refundable until dispatch.
• DIY modules — we confirm the order with you first (module, shell and any assembly), then send a payment link, then ship — usually within 2 business days of confirmation.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. When it leaves you receive an email with the carrier, the tracking number and a link; the same appears on your order page, with a timeline from payment to delivery. We ship with Pos Laju, J&T Express, Ninja Van, DHL and FedEx depending on the destination.

You can find any order from the account page — signed in, or with the order number and the email you used.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country; these are set by your customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.
