About Figmooo Store

Who we are

Figmooo Store is an independent online toy shop based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, selling since 2026. We are a small team: we choose the toys, hold the stock in Kuala Lumpur, pack every parcel ourselves and answer every email.

We are not the maker of the toys we sell. Each product page names its maker (Lanxun, Aiinlife, the Cyber Crystal Spirits studio and others) and quotes the maker's own specifications, app and warranty terms.

What we sell

• AI companion toys — plush toys with a speaker, microphone and a maker's app that lets them talk, remember and play.
• IP toys — the Cyber Crystal Spirit designer pendants and figures.
• Classic toys and kids' cameras — simple, screen-light toys for younger children.
• DIY AI modules — the AI Core Box boards and kits from Figmooo Lab that make any toy talk; ordered to confirm.

How we work

• Stock held in Kuala Lumpur; in-stock items ship within 48 hours with tracking (Shipping & delivery).
• Payment through PayPal — PayPal account or card; card details never reach us.
• 30-day returns and refunds back to the payment method you used (Returns & refunds).
• Prices in your region's currency, shown before checkout; import duties, where they apply, are not included.

Reviews
