Orders and payment

An order is placed when you check out and is confirmed when payment is received. Prices are shown in the currency of the region you chose and include no import duties. Payment is taken through PayPal (PayPal account or card).

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged at checkout and shipped when released; you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

DIY modules

Orders containing DIY modules are confirmed with you before payment is taken and before anything ships. We may decline a DIY order we cannot fulfil, in which case nothing is charged.

Coupons and gifts

• One coupon per order; entering a second replaces the first. A gift code can be used alongside a coupon.
• Gift items are added at no charge, one per code, while stock lasts; they can be removed but not increased.
• Codes may have a minimum order, an expiry date and a use limit; they cannot be exchanged for money.

Stock

Products are reserved for you while payment completes (30 minutes; 7 days for DIY orders awaiting confirmation). If payment does not arrive in that time the order is cancelled and the stock released.

AI toys

What each AI toy does, which app and cloud it uses and whether interaction time is charged after the first period is stated on its product page, quoted from the maker. Those services are the maker's, under the maker's terms.
