Privacy

What we store

• Accounts — email, name, country, a hashed password, and your saved addresses.
• Orders — what you bought, the shipping address and phone number for the courier, and the status of shipping, refunds and returns. Order emails are sent, not kept.
• Requests — the email addresses left in "Notify me" fields and in the DIY assembly form, and any return request you open.
• Reviews — the review you write, shown with your first name and initial and your country.

Signing in with Google

If you sign in with Google, the store receives your name, email address and Google account ID from Google, and uses them only to sign you in. It does not receive your Google password or access anything else in your Google account.

Payments

Card and PayPal details never reach us: payment is handled on PayPal's own page, and we keep only the transaction reference needed for a refund.

AI toys

The store sells the toy. Conversations, memory and activation data live in the maker's own app and cloud (named on every AI toy's page), under the maker's terms — not with us.

Email

We email you about your orders (confirmation, payment, shipping, refunds, returns). Newsletter emails only if you ticked the box, and you can ask to stop at any time by replying.

Your rights

Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by replying to any order email. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.
